Our Genesis: Finding Strength in Crisis
TFN was born during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic when a group of friends united to promote fitness and wellness. At a time when everyone felt vulnerable, our team recognized a unique opportunity to help the community uplift their physical and mental health. While the world was confined indoors, we shifted to online sessions to tackle the new challenges faced by families transitioning to work-from-home and online learning.
