1. PRIVACY POLICY

Information Collection:

TFN Wellness collects personal data such as Name, Email, and Phone Number during donations or workshop registrations.

Statutory Requirements:

We specifically collect PAN Card, Aadhar, Mobile & Email id details to comply with Indian Income Tax laws for issuing 80G tax benefit receipts.

Data Usage:

Your information is used only for processing transactions, maintaining NGO records for MCA and Niti Aayog, and sending impact updates.

Security:

We do not sell your data to third parties; all payments are handled through secure, encrypted gateways.

2. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Service Nature:

TFN Wellness is a Registered Section 8 NGO providing sports nutrition, psychological resilience training, and vocational support to athletes.

Donation Terms:

All contributions are voluntary; donors must provide accurate information to receive legal tax benefits.

Content Ownership:

All material on www.tfnwellness.in, including the TFN logo and athletic training content, is the intellectual property of TFN Wellness.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Donations:

As a charitable organization, donations are generally non-refundable once the transaction is successful.

Technical Issues:

In case of a technical error (e.g., double deduction), donors may contact us within 24 hours with transaction proof to initiate process for a refund.
